Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and support to a diverse portfolio of individual and corporate clients
- Assist with the daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth client interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and recommend process improvements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of client-centric strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in using various software applications and digital tools to support administrative tasks
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address client inquiries and concerns
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
