ESF Renaissance College Kindergarten is looking for a Caretaker.
英基啓新書院幼稚園正在招聘校工, 上班地點在香港馬鞍山海映路9號Go Park 2。
General cleaning of designated areas; Assist with venue setup for major events; Undertake minor repairs, responsible for the safety and check-up of the campus and its facilities, report as required.
Key Responsibilities 職責
- Unlock and lock up premises at the beginning/ or end of the working day
- Undertake minor repairs, responsible for the safety and check-up of the campus and its facilities, report as required.
- Move furniture and equipment around the school or office as needed
- Monitor the storage of furniture and equipment on-site
- Take care of the campus facilities and related equipment, to provide repair as required.
- Maintain a clean environment and work with the other cleaning members at the campus, work closely with school administrators
- Responsible for school events and facilities set up.
- Liaise with ESF contractors and facilities staff on building repair & maintenance works, and deep cleaning works
- To perform other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives

- 與英基職員和其指定的承辦商就建築維修/ 維護工作及清潔消毒事宜進行聯絡
- 配合辦公室主管所指派之其他工作
Requirements資歷 / 要求
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Form 3 High School or IVE
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Priority is given to candidates with repair work experience
- Language: Cantonese preferred and Basic English communication skills
- 至少2年以上相關工作經驗
- 中三畢業或專業教育學院
- 良好的溝通技巧，團隊精神，具責任心
- 具維修保養經驗者優先考慮
- 語言能力: 廣東話及簡單英語

About The Team
Our custom designed school for three to five year olds in Tung Chung opened in 2016. It is structured into morning and afternoon three-hour sessions for both K1 and K2.
