Responsibilities:
- Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with IT operational standards, collaborate with support teams to address issues, and report findings to the Manager
- Optimize system monitoring with SOCC and delivery teams, prioritize critical alerts, and develop improved monitoring solutions for better reliability
- Facilitate capacity planning, ensuring thorough reviews and accurate reports by support teams, and provide oversight and support
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on automation and resource optimization to enhance efficiency and adapt to evolving technology needs
- Represent IT Operations in projects, ensuring operational requirements are met and facilitating smooth handovers and integration with daily operations
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/Systems or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in project management and transition planning
- Holder of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with ITIL V4 or previous versions, including capacity planning, incident management, and continuous improvement
- Proficient with monitoring tools to ensure system reliability. Skilled in identifying and prioritizing critical alerts and escalating issues effectively
- Experience in managing capacity reviews and escalating risks
- Ability to diagnose system issues, conduct detailed audits, and collaborate with teams for compliance and resolution of non-compliance issues
- Experience in improving operational efficiency, optimizing systems, and reduce manual effort. Knowledge and experience in automation and process improvement projects are a plus
- Strong Communication and Reporting Skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
