Okay Flexibility, Depends on Your Team
It's a pretty standard agency environment. Work flexibility is decent, but not always consistent, especially if you're working on tight client deadlines in digital marketing. The team is cool though.
I liked the option for hybrid work, which was great for my commute in Austin, TX. As a Marketing Coordinator, it helped a lot with personal appointments. There's a decent amount of trust for experienced staff.
Work flexibility can be tough when client campaigns go live. Sometimes, you really can't work remote if you need specific resources in the office. It's not a fully remote setup, so you're still expected to be onsite a few days a week.
Try to standardize remote work policies across all creative and marketing teams. Consistency would really help employee morale.
