Decent flexibility for a mission-driven startup
I've been with aQysta for a couple years now as a Project Coordinator, mostly remote from Amsterdam. It's a solid place if you're passionate about making a difference in the agricultural tech space and value some work flexibility. Just be ready for the startup hustle.
Working for this **agricultural technology startup** was pretty cool. I got to manage **small-scale irrigation** projects and the team was really passionate. The **remote work** option was a lifesaver, letting me adjust my hours for personal stuff.
The work-life balance here can be tough sometimes, especially with tight deadlines common for a **startup**. As a **Project Coordinator**, I often felt on call even with the flexible schedule. There's not much room for salary negotiation for new hires either, which is a bummer.
Try to set clearer boundaries for Project Coordinators so we don't feel 'on' all the time. More structured career development would also be great.
