Decent Company, Culture Needs a Boost
As a Software Engineer at Aplikas Servis Pesona, I've had an okay experience. It's a stable company, but the culture could definitely use a refresh.
The team itself is really supportive. You can learn a lot from senior engineers, especially in enterprise software development. The onsite work helps you bond with colleagues, which is nice.
The company culture feels pretty old-fashioned. It's tough to get fresh ideas approved or make quick changes here. Sometimes there's just not enough recognition for hard work on big IT projects.
Try to empower teams more and embrace new ideas. Speed up decision-making processes for our software development teams. Better recognition for effort would really help morale.
