Team is great, but company culture needs attention
Working at ACIN was a mixed bag. The team within the London office is genuinely supportive. But the broader company culture and leadership approach can be tough, especially for a startup in the RegTech space.
I really enjoyed my team here as a Compliance Analyst. Everyone was collaborative and we often helped each other out. There's a decent sense of camaraderie amongst the individual contributors, which made day-to-day work much better.
It's tough when leadership doesn't always walk the talk on values. Sometimes, there's a lot of pressure to hit targets without clear guidance. The company culture can feel a bit fragmented between different departments, making cross-team work harder.
Management should really focus on consistent communication and demonstrating the company values. It'd help if leaders were more visible and engaged with individual teams, especially in a growing RegTech company.
