A decent place for design work, but leadership can be inconsistent and needs to step up. Remote work is a big plus here.
I've worked here remote from Seattle as a Senior UI/UX Designer for a few years. The flexibility for remote work is great, definitely helps with work-life balance. Project work in the design services industry is often interesting and challenging.
Leadership is pretty inconsistent, honestly. They don't always give clear strategic direction, especially for design roles. It's a mid-sized company, so you'd expect better communication from the top, but it's often missing.
Focus on providing clearer strategic vision and more consistent, actionable feedback to the design teams. Help mid-level managers develop stronger leadership skills too.
