Okay flexibility, but not truly remote-friendly
Panata Capital has a decent hybrid model for an Investment Analyst but it's not perfect. It's better than some places in financial services, but still pretty old-school in its approach.
You get some hybrid flexibility here, which is decent for the financial services industry. It's usually a couple of WFH days a week. This helps a lot with the long commute to the New York City office.
It's not really true flexibility though. You're still expected in for key meetings, even on WFH days. For junior analyst roles, it feels like they could trust us more with remote work. The expectation is definitely in-office.
Trust your teams more with true WFH options beyond the standard hybrid. More flexibility would really boost morale and productivity, especially for your younger talent.
