Career advancement opportunities are super slow. You really have to wait for someone to leave the Jakarta office or another branch. There aren't many clear paths for internal promotion if you're an associate or supervisor.
Create clearer career paths for employees, especially for Store Supervisors and retail staff. Invest in more frequent internal training programs for career development.
