Flexibility is Tough for Onsite Roles
My time at TAPI was pretty standard for a big pharma company. There are pros and cons, but overall it's a solid place to work if you're okay with the traditional corporate vibe.
You get decent benefits and the job security is solid in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Some of my colleagues, especially in specific R&D groups, did have a bit more freedom with their schedules.
As a Process Engineer, true work flexibility is really hard to come by here. It's almost entirely onsite at the Princeton, NJ office, which isn't great if you want a hybrid model. Don't expect much WFH.
Consider allowing more hybrid options for roles where physical presence isn't strictly required. It would really help with employee morale and retention in this competitive industry.
