Colleagues are super supportive and always willing to help out. It's a stable environment, which I appreciate in the tech industry. Plus, the work flexibility is great for my personal life.
Cons: While career growth is good, the promotion process can sometimes feel a bit slow. There are also occasional busy periods where work-life balance can get a bit stretched. Communication from upper management could be a little more consistent on strategic decisions too, but it's not a major issue.
