Description Leading and managing the finance team to achieve company objectives and maintain financial health.Developing strategies and plans for the financial department, working closely with the executive team.Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.Overseeing and improving financial processes and systems to increase efficiency.Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues.Analysing complex financial data and providing timely financial business recommendations.Strengthening relationships with external partners and stakeholders. Profile Relevant educational qualifications in Finance or Accounting.Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.Strong knowledge and understanding of financial regulations and standards.Excellent leadership and management skills.Ability to analyse complex financial data and make sound business decisions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
