Description
As a Finance Controller, your main responsibilities will include:Overseeing and managing all financial operations within the companyEnsuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reportingIdentifying and managing financial risksDeveloping and implementing effective financial strategiesCoordinating with external auditors and managing internal controlsAssisting in budget preparation and expense management activitiesMonitoring financial performance by measuring and analysing resultsEnsuring compliance with the law and the company's policies
Profile
· Bachelor degree in accounting/finance
· Certified chartered accountant or Certified Public Accountant
· Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience, preferable in FMCG/ Manufacturing industry
· Strong analytical skill with good business acumen
· Advance Microsoft Office Skill, strong at pivot table and vlookup.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia and ability to build cross discipline relationships
· High level of ethics and integrity
