Responsibilities:
- Manage individual youth cases, including conducting orientation, setting intervention goals, and timely reviews
- Build and maintain partnerships with employers, schools, social service agencies, and community networks for reintegration support
- Present case updates at formal platforms to report on intervention progress
- Coordinate with operations teams to provide necessary case details for daily movement and logistics
- Plan and conduct group activities or therapeutic group work for youth residents
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the social service sector
- Solid understanding of social work theories and intervention techniques; interest in developing clinical skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Skilled in case assessment, planning, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Passionate about youth development and making a meaningful impact on their lives
