What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Assistant Director of F&B, oversee daily operations of the hotel restaurant and in-room dining service.
Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high hospitality standards.
Lead, train, and schedule Heartists to deliver efficient operations.
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments.
Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
Support revenue performance and cost control initiatives.
