About the Role Joining the Channel Distribution department, the Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for driving our online retail presence and operations.
- Manage the daily operations of online stores across various marketplaces, including Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate e-commerce sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Oversee comprehensive product catalog management, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, photos, prices, stock levels, and promotions.
- Execute and manage marketplace promotional programs such as flash sales, campaigns, vouchers, and paid advertising.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Branding, Warehouse, and Customer Service) to ensure smooth and seamless sales processes.
- Analyze critical metrics including sales performance, store traffic, conversion rates, and digital ad ROI.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales and e-commerce performance reports to management.
- Supervise and guide the E-Commerce team to ensure compliance with SOPs and the achievement of set targets.
- Maintain pricing consistency across all online channels according to company policy, while actively monitoring market trends, competitors, and opportunities for new channel development.
