What You’ll Be Doing

Own and manage the PaydFlex product roadmap
Work directly with hotel operators, HR teams, finance teams, and operations managers to deeply understand workflow pain points
Translate operational requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
Prioritise features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, acceptance testing, and release planning
Analyse product usage, operational metrics, and customer feedback to improve the platform continuously
Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows using technology and AI
Ensure new features improve operational efficiency and reduce administrative burden for customers
Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success
