  • Draft, review, and administer all cooperation agreements, including but not limited to Strategic Partnership (Prewired, DCS, BDF, DC), Solution Partnership, and other related partnerships required to directly support enterprise customers.
  • Collect, document, and organize partnership requirements and terms from the Partner.
  • Act as the initial point of coordination for contract-related communication, including amendment, renewal, and data update.
  • Identify and pursue new potential partnerships, and manage the preparation of the pre-wired acquisition process at a national level in alignment with the company’s established coverage strategy.
  • Act as a primary liaison between partner and internal team, ensuring alignment on objectives, SoW, commercial scheme, and timelines.
  • Check the completeness and accuracy of all cooperation to ensure alignment with company standards and applicable regulations.
  • Support the identification of potential administrative and compliance risks in and among contracts and escalate findings to superior.
  • Assist in managing the contract lifecycle, including contract setup, monitoring, amendments, and renewals.
  • Monitor and record key contract milestones, deliverables, and expiration dates to ensure timely follow-up actions.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Head of Partnership & Contract Management, outlining partnership health, success stories, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with the Contract Management Specialist to follow up on contractual matters and support issue resolution.
  • Support contract review processes with Solution & Delivery, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Risk Management teams by preparing required documents and information.
  • Maintain well-organized contract documentation (both physical and digital) to ensure accessibility and data accuracy.
  • Support the implementation of contract management processes and best practices to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Contract Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, negotiation, or legal-related roles, preferably in a corporate or partnership-focused setting.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, legal frameworks, risk management, and compliance management within the enterprise business sector.
  • Proficient in using contract management software and tools to support legal documentation, review, and administration processes.
  • Have strong communication & problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, and good relationship management.
