- Supervise and coordinate all banquet staff during events, ensuring professional conduct and adherence to service standards while maintaining a collaborative atmosphere
- Plan and organize banquet events from initial consultation through execution, managing timelines, logistics, and innovative service approaches
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations throughout all banquet operations, with particular attention to local Jakarta requirements
