Monitor contractor progress and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
Conduct quality checks and site inspections for MEP works.
Manage and track contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
Prepare and submit regular reports (daily logs, weekly updates, monthly progress).
Maintain and update the risk register and issue logs.
Coordinate closely with hotel operations to minimize disruption.
Facilitate contractor meetings and document minutes.
Support the Project Lead in stakeholder communication and decision-making.
