Responsible for managing and coordinating all interfaces between Package 7 (Jetty) and other project packages, ensuring alignment of design, construction, and schedule, while identifying and mitigating interface risks to support successful project delivery.
- Integration between offshore jetty structures and onshore systems
- Interface between conveyor system and ship loading facility
- Coordination of marine logistics, vessel operations, and construction works
- Alignment with port, safety, and operational requirements
- Advisory Role (T&T Positioning)
- Provide independent oversight and advisory support on interface management;
- Ensure contractors fulfil their interface coordination responsibilities;
- Avoid taking direct execution responsibility, focusing instead on:
