Deliver MEP report to the client and relevant stakeholders.
Provide project management support across site as needed.
Ensure the project under supervision is effectively managed in terms of MEP discipline.
Report MEP related matters in regular project updates.
Conduct quality control audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Raise daily observations with the contractor and follow up to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Prepare a monthly report for the client, based on daily site visits and audit findings.
Perform weekly and monthly site walks and upload the resulting reports to the document management system.
