WE’RE HIRING – Trilingual Project Interpreter / Coordinator
Our client, an international engineering and technology company, is currently looking for a highly capable Trilingual Project Interpreter / Coordinator to support a Data Center Project in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide interpretation and translation support in Mandarin Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, and English during meetings, site visits, and project coordination activities
• Support communication between Chinese-speaking project teams and Indonesian vendors, consultants, landlords, authorities, and local stakeholders
• Assist in project coordination, local setup activities, vendor communication, document preparation, and meeting arrangements
• Support technical discussions related to Data Center, MEP, ELV, ICT, BMS, DCIM, electrical, mechanical, and construction works
• Translate and summarize project documents, meeting notes, technical communications, and administrative materials
• Attend meetings and site visits while ensuring smooth communication and follow-up actions
• Prepare simple meeting minutes, action lists, and project coordination updates
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling project and company information
Requirements:
✔ Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia, and English
✔ Experience as Project Interpreter, Technical Translator, Project Coordinator, Site Coordinator, or similar role
✔ Familiarity with Data Center, Engineering, Construction is prefered
✔ Able to understand and accurately interpret technical and project-related discussions
✔ Strong communication and coordination skills with multicultural teams
✔ Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks
✔ Good Microsoft Office skills (Word & Excel)
✔ Willing to attend meetings and site visits within Jakarta
Preferred Qualifications:
⭐ Experience supporting Chinese project teams in Indonesia
⭐ Background in Data Center, Engineering, Construction, or Building Technology projects
⭐ Experience coordinating with vendors, consultants, recruitment agencies, landlords, or local authorities
⭐ Ability to prepare meeting minutes and follow up project action items
