Understand system blueprints and functional documents that have been prepared.
Analyze business processes and ensure system design/features align with business objectives and requirements.
Prepare functional documentation covering system configuration and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Conduct system testing.
Provide training to Key Users and End Users.
Support End Users during system implementation.
Collaborate with technical teams or ERP developers to resolve errors/bugs and handle more complex issues, including system customization and integration.
Perform analysis to identify areas for improvement or optimization within the ERP system.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in implementing one of the following Microsoft ERP systems: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Prior experience working in an IT consulting or management consulting company is preferred.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain system workflows to Key Users and End Users.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Able to create ERP Functional Documents (FD) and Blueprint Design documents.
Familiar with Microsoft 365 applications.
Basic understanding of network architecture.
Good knowledge of business processes such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and supply chain.
Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred.
Willing to travel on business assignments for project needs.
