Your future position?
As a Senior Customer Care Representative in Indonesia, you will manage customer orders and ensure a reliable, efficient service from order intake to delivery.
You will work with Sales, Operations and Planning teams to support customer satisfaction and business continuity.
Based in Depok - Indonesia, you will report to CCFO Manager. You will contribute to a high-performing Customer Care team focused on service quality and process improvement.
Your role includes
- Execute Customer Care strategy in line with global guidelines
- Drive and support Customer Care improvement initiatives and projects
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment for assigned customers, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
- Serve as the main customer contact for inquiries, order changes, complaints, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Planning, and Shared Services to ensure smooth execution and clear communication
- Support demand planning by collecting customer forecasts and providing demand insights
- Maintain accurate customer data, contracts, labeling, packaging, and stock requirements
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Support customer meetings and presentations when required
- Handle urgent or complex situations with professionalism and effective communication
- Ensure business continuity through workload ownership and backup support
- Coach and support junior team members in onboarding and capability development
