Rincian Pekerjaan
Mengelola administrasi proyek, termasuk COS dan BAST bulanan, sebagai dasar proses penagihan kepada customer.
Mengelola tagihan dari principal hingga proses penerbitan Purchase Order (PO) kepada principal.
Mengelola kontrak proyek baru serta kontrak perpanjangan proyek yang sedang berjalan dengan customer dan principal.
Memastikan kelengkapan, kerapihan, dan akurasi dokumen proyek, kontrak, serta data administrasi terkait.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (sales, finance, dan operasional) untuk memastikan kelancaran proses administrasi proyek.
Requirements
Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Administrasi Bisnis, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun di bidang administrasi proyek, sales administration, atau posisi sejenis.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang efektif dan manajemen waktu yang baik.
Mampu mengatur serta mengelola dokumen, data, dan informasi secara rapi dan terstruktur.
Mampu bekerja sama dengan baik dalam tim.
Memiliki karakteristik: terorganisir, disiplin, komunikatif, proaktif, analitis, dan kolaboratif.
