Plan, manage, and control hotel budgets, pricing, revenues, expenses, cost efficiency, and investment proposals
Monitor and report operational and financial performance, including monthly reporting to Head Office
Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, policies, service standards, and regulatory compliance through internal and external audits
Oversee daily hotel operations and coordinate Department Heads and Assistant Managers on staffing, scheduling, and workflow
Lead manpower planning, recruitment, performance management, and staff development
Act as the primary liaison between the Management Company and Hotel Owners

Requirements

Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry at a managerial level
At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager
Excellent English skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with hotel operating systems; strong planning and project management skills
High integrity, professionalism, and strong leadership with a hands-on, collaborative approach
Highly organized, proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic hospitality environment
Proven skills in project planning, execution, and prioritizing multiple tasks/projects effectively.
