We are looking for an Operations Excellence Associate Manager who will be responsible for ensuring strong academic implementation, operational excellence, and continuous quality improvement across branches. This role will work closely with academic, operations, and academic teams to drive execution, monitor performance, and support overall business standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple operational for academic projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Develop project timelines, trackers, work plans, and execution frameworks to support academic initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or challenges, and provide effective solutions proactively.
  • Lead, guide, and monitor team members to ensure strong accountability and collaboration.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support team development to foster a positive and productive working culture.
  • Support the implementation and consistency of preschool curriculum, learning quality, and teacher readiness across branches.
  • Translate academic concepts into practical tools, guidelines, and implementation plans for school teams.
  • Monitor academic performance and quality standards to ensure alignment across all branches.
  • Manage and analyze academic and operational data to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Create trackers, dashboards, and reports using Google Sheets or Excel to support decision-making.
  • Prepare clear and concise updates and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments, school leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
  • Communicate academic information in a practical, structured, and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Identify gaps, process inefficiencies, or operational challenges and proactively propose improvement initiatives.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining strong ownership and follow-through.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations, project management, academic operations, or operations management.
  • Experience in early childhood education or preschool industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing teams and/or coordinating cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in handling data tracking, dashboards, academic reporting, or operational reporting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
  • Able to create structured timelines, trackers, reports, and execution plans.
  • Proactive in identifying gaps, solving problems, and driving improvements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic school expansion environment.
