As we scale our operations, were seeking an
experienced Senior Project Manager to lead
complex digital transformation and AI-driven projects. This role demands a blend of
technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery across cross-functional and cross-border teams in Thailand and Vietnam.
Your leadership will directly influence how we deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that power Thailand's digital economy.
What You'll Own
End-to-End Project Leadership
- Drive the full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and coach teams for continuous improvement.
- Oversee environment management (development, staging, production) on AWS/Azure.
Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance
- Collaborate with government agencies and enterprise clients to align goals and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with PDPA and data security standards.
- Provide regular project insights and reports to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Risk & Performance Management
- Define success metrics for tasks, user stories, and overall projects.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating risks.
- Resolve conflicts and foster collaboration across Bangkok and Vietnam teams.
What You Bring
Core Competencies
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex projects in an Agile environment.
- Strong skills in timeline, cost, and risk management.
- Hands-on knowledge of backend (Node.js, Python, Go) and frontend technologies (React, HTML, CSS).
- Expertise in cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Industry & Client Exposure
- Experience delivering government-related IT projects or enterprise-level initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI and Data projects (model building, visualization, evaluation).
Language Skills
- We value diversity and are open to foreign candidates who can communicate effectively in Thai.
- Vietnamese fluency is a strong advantage.

- Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM.
