Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
On-the-job training will be provided for all company systems, forms, procedures, and product knowledge.
No prior experience in aircon industry is required, but willingness to learn is essential.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from customers and suppliers.
Schedule and coordinate installation, servicing, and repair appointments.
Update customers on service status, delivery times, and technician ETA.
Prepare quotations, job sheets, invoices, and receipts using Excel or company software.
Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, and outstanding balances.
Manage daily office operations and clerical tasks (filing, printing, scanning).
Assist with procurement of materials (e.g., aircon units, spare parts).
Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams (sales, technicians)
Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
Job Requirements
Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Able to speak and write basic English to liaise with customers and technicians.
Good telephone etiquette and customer service attitude.
Organised, responsible, and able to work independently.
Good at multi-tasking and handling fast-paced environments.
Willing to learn about aircon products and services.
Only Singaporean preferred.
5-day work week
