Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify invoices from vendors
  • Process payments to suppliers according to the schedule and terms
  • Record payment transactions in the accounting system
  • Handle inquiries related to invoices and payments from vendors
  • Prepare expense reports and support financial audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Accountancy
  • Min. 2 years of working experience as Account Payable Staff in Apartement / Building Management
  • Preferably having experience in the Apartement / Building Management industry
  • Able to create and read financial journals
  • Proficient implementing financial systems (ERP)
  • Willing to be placed at ASG Tower, Pantai Indah Kapuk - Jakarta Utara or Taman Anggrek Residence - Jakarta Barat
