As a Project Officer (Engineer) , you will focus on end-to-end project execution, contractor coordination, timeline management, and on-site supervision. This role ensures that every approved design is implemented properly, safely, and within budget.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare detailed project execution plans, timelines, and technical documentation.
- Manage contractor coordination, tender processes, and vendor evaluation.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with approved design, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct regular on-site supervision and spot checks to ensure construction is running properly.
- Coordinate with QA and internal stakeholders to maintain safety and quality standards.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project execution or construction management.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, budgeting, and contractor coordination.
- Experience handling retail, warehouse, high-rise, or complex property projects.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
