About the Role
We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and build practical AI solutions for business needs.
You will work closely with stakeholders to turn ideas and business requirements into scalable AI systems, applications, and automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered solutions and applications
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system design
- Develop and integrate backend systems using Python
- Build APIs, automation, and AI integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python development
- Hands-on experience in AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI projects
- Ability to translate vague or abstract business requirements into practical AI solutions, technical requirements, and system designs
- Experience delivering solutions that provide clear business value or measurable outcomes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend alternative AI approaches when data availability is limited
- Experience with APIs, backend systems, and system integration
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, or automation
- Cloud experience
- Experience working with overseas or client-facing projects
