Oversee the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting all of mechanical systems.
Design, develop and implement mechanical system enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
Analyse mechanical system performance data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimise operations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant mechanical, safety and environmental regulations.
Provide technical guidance and training to the maintenance team.
Contribute to the development of mechanical standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or process industries.
Proven expertise in mechanical system design, installation and troubleshooting.
Proficient in mechanical systems engineering, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and the use of engineering design and analysis software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with relevant mechanical system, safety and environmental regulations.
Placement: Head Office, Jakarta. Willing to travel for regular site visits when needed.
