Develop and supervise social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Manage end-to-end content planning, publishing schedules, and campaign rollouts
Lead creative brainstorming for social-first campaigns, trends, and brand storytelling
Supervise content creation process with designers, copywriters, videographers, agencies, and talents
Ensure all social media content aligns with brand tone, visual identity, and marketing objectives
Monitor social media trends, internet culture, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant
Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports with actionable insights
Manage community engagement and oversee response quality across platforms
Coordinate with internal teams for launches, campaigns, partnerships, and activations
Oversee influencer/KOL collaborations and ensure campaign deliverables are executed properly
Maintain content quality control and approval process before publishing
Support real-time/social moment marketing opportunities
