As Site Acquisition Manager, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations
- Analyze demographics, traffic patterns, competitor presence, and customer accessibility
- Perform feasibility studies including visibility, frontage, size requirements, zoning, and infrastructure readiness
- Lead negotiations for land purchase, lease agreements, and property development deals
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, brokers, and landlords
- Liaise with local authorities and government agencies
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and corporate standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (network planning, legal, finance, construction, branding)
- Ensure smooth handover from acquisition to construction/development phase
Anforderungsprofil
As Site Acquisition Manager, You Should Have
- Degree in property, business administration, engineering, or related field
- 8 years of experience in site acquisition, property development, or retail expansion. Experience in automotive retail, or large-format retail is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyse market data and financial reports
- Proficiency in property laws and regulations
- A proactive and result-oriented approach to tasks
- Teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
- Fluency in English
