Qualifications
- Graduates of Diploma / Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
- Strong understanding of customs procedures and regulation export-import processes.
- Proficient in using logistics and supply chain related systems and applications.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Central Cikarang, GIIC Deltamas Area - Join ASAP
Job Description
- Process the necessary export and import documents.
- Coordinate with customs, shipping companies, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery and receipt of goods.
- Monitor the status of shipments and receipts, and identify and resolve any issues that arise.
- Analyze statistical data and prepare regular reports on export-import activities.
- Provide other administrative and logistical support as needed to support the operations team.
