Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Track recruitment metrics such as time to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality
Assist in employer branding activities (career fairs, social media, campus hiring)
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support preparation of job descriptions and recruitment report
Coordinate pre-boarding activities and assist in preparing onboarding documents
Support new hire orientation and induction sessions
Ensure a positive employer brand experience
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases
Requirements
Person We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Min 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical or IT recruitment
Experience hiring for roles such as Engineering Manager, Software Engineer, Data Analyst, DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer, Product Manager, or similar technology positions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers
Familiarity with recruitment tools or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, data tracking)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in mass hiring or campus recruitment is a plus
