Job Descriptions

Monitor and analyze Student Advisor (Kids) performance through revenue metrics, productivity, and sales KPIs.
Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews to improve individual and branch sales performance.
Develop and deliver Learning & Development programs and training materials for Student Advisors and Star Kids.
Manage Star Kids operations, including onboarding, training, and payroll administration.
Maintain and update branch productivity, revenue, and activity data to ensure reporting accuracy.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Learning & Development, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
Excellent coaching, training, communication, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
