Responsibilities:

Manage the delivery and fulfillment of IT Outsourcing (ITO) and Professional Services to ensure timely and quality service execution.
Monitor SLA performance and prepare regular operational reports.
Evaluate and manage the performance of resources deployed at customer sites.
Handle customer complaints, coordinate resolution, and implement preventive actions.
Execute daily operational activities and maintain proper service documentation.

Requirements

:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
.Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecommunications, IT Operations, Service Delivery, Customer Management, or related areas
.Experience in IT Outsourcing (ITO) or IT Professional Services is an advantage
.Good understanding of IT and telecommunications operations, industry trends, and best practices
.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
.Able to work collaboratively with customers, internal teams, and external partners
