As a Distribution Management Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute distributor management strategies to maximize sales growth and market penetration
- Manage and evaluate distributor performance through KPIs, scorecards, and regular business reviews
- Identify capability gaps and drive training, onboarding, and development programs for distributors
- Strengthen partnerships through effective relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, regulatory, and supply chain) to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to optimize channel effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards

Anforderungsprofil
A Successful Distribution Management Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in distributor/channel management within medical devices, healthcare, or related industries
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and indirect sales models
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-country or regional distributor networks
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience working within a global or matrix organization is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive actions
- High level of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
