Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI, Power Query, and related tools.
- Connect and integrate data from multiple sources to enable accurate analysis and visualization.
- Maintain and enhance existing Power BI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable, operations-focused reporting solutions.
- Manage stakeholders across departments with transparent and proactive communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and contribute to digitalization initiatives.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and report best practices.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- 2-3 years of experience in Power BI development or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report optimization).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Excel for analytical tasks and ad-hoc reporting.
- Ability to quickly understand complex requirements and work proactively in dynamic environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
- Skilled at prioritizing work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Highly self-driven and autonomous working style.
