Working Arrangement: Full WFO, Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning & budgeting
- Analyze financial performance to support business decisions
- Manage cash flow, cost control, and profitability optimization
- Monitor and improve financial processes, systems, and controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, accounting, tax, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Min 2 years of experience in finance/accounting as a senior / leader / SPV / manager with strong leadership mindset
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, modeling).
