Job Title: Devops Lead

Years of Experience: 5-8 years

Location: Bangalore

Role Overview: We are seeking a DevOps Tech Lead with 5–8 years of experience to design, scale, and maintain our high-performance infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

What will you do:

• Orchestration Expertise: Lead the architecture, scaling, and management of production-grade Kubernetes and HashiCorp Nomad clusters. Usage of Rancher or Openshift is preffed.
• Infrastructure as Code: Drive the automation of cloud environments using Terraform to ensure secure, reproducible, and scalable infrastructure.
• Platforms: Demonstrate deep hands-on expertise in managing enterprise-grade workloads on AWS or GCP or Oracle cloud.
• CI/CD & Source Control: Own and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins for automated builds and Bitbucket for version control and branching strategies.
• Configuration Management: Utilize configuration tools like Ansible (optional but preferred) to streamline server provisioning and application deployments.
• Observability & Logging: Architect and maintain our observability stack using Grafana, Promatheus.
• Containerization: Enforce container best practices across the engineering team utilizing Docker for local development and production environments.
• Technical Leadership: Guide the technical roadmap, make architectural decisions, and mentor junior or mid-level DevOps engineers to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
• System Reliability: Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high availability, proactive monitoring, and robust security across all platform services.

Education:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
