Job Description

Handle end-to-end non-motor claims processes (property, engineering, marine cargo, liability, etc.) from FNOL through to settlement.
Conduct technical analysis of claim documents, including policies, endorsements, clauses, and supporting documents.
Determine claim coverage, liability, and quantum accurately in accordance with policy wording.
Coordinate with loss adjusters to monitor claim progress and review reports (preliminary, interim, and final reports).
Perform initial investigations on indications of fraud, misrepresentation, or suspicious claims.
Manage communication with brokers, insured parties, and internal teams in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure claims SLA achievements, including turnaround time, document completeness, and decision-making process.
Provide clear, structured, and accountable claim recommendations.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Engineering, Law, Economics, or related fields will be an advantage.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in non-motor claims handling or loss adjusting.
Strong understanding of Property, CAR/EAR, Marine Cargo, and Liability lines of business.
Familiar with reading and interpreting policy wordings.
Strong Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Possess basic investigation skills, including red flag awareness.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle brokers and insured parties professionally.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Demonstrate high integrity and good in decision-making.
