Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manage room reservations received via telephone, email, website, and other booking channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
- Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests in a timely manner.
- Maximize room revenue through upselling opportunities and adherence to revenue management strategies.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure compliance with Accor brand standards.

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling booking information.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
