Persyaratan Pekerjaan
Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Commerce, Marketplace Management, or Digital Marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Experience managing FMCG, food & beverage, or consumer goods categories is an advantage
Understanding pf digital media performance (Meta, Google, Tiktok Ads) and its impact on e-commerce conversion
Strong understanding of Indonesia's e-commerce landscape and marketplace operations
Proven experience in planning and executing marketplace campaigns and promotional activities
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data interpretation
Familiarity with marketplace dashboards, Google Analytics, and other performance tracking tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Manage and optimize the company's official stores across major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other online channels
Ensure product assortment, pricing, promotions, and product content are accurate and up to date
Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns, including platform-led events (e.g., 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12)
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversation rate, and campaign effectiveness
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and external agencies to drive business growth
Manage relationships with e-commerce platforms, online distributors, and agency partners
Identify growth opportunities through assortment expansion, pricing strategy, promotional activities, and bundling programs
Prepare regular business performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis
Track competitor activities and emerging e-commerce trends to generate market insight
