Job Title : Digital Marketing Internship
Job Summary : This role focuses on the intersection of paid media and organic acquisition. You will gain hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns, optimizing website visibility through keyword strategy, and analyzing competitor landscapes using enterprise tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and SEMrush.
Job Responsibility :
- Paid Media Campaign Support
- Support the execution and monitoring of paid performance activities across key marketing communication campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Assist in A/B testing creative assets and ad copy to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Track daily spend and pacing to ensure campaigns remain on budget.
SEO & Organic Acquisition
- Assist in paid keyword management (negative keyword refinement, search term analysis) to inform and boost organic search performance.
- Conduct keyword gap analysis to identify opportunities for website content optimization.
- Collaborate with the content team to align high-intent keywords with landing page development
Audience & Market Strategy
- Help build market intent segmentation models to target users based on their purchase readiness and browsing behavior.
- Analyze audience performance data to refine targeting parameters for both paid social and paid search campaigns.
Competitive & Performance Analysis
- Conduct competitor brand performance analysis using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and SEMrush.
- Generate reports on competitor share of voice, top-performing keywords, and traffic trends.
- Translate raw data into actionable insights and visual presentations for the marketing team
Technical Competency :
- Analytics: Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Impression Share, Bounce Rate).
- Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with or willingness to learn Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and SEMrush (or similar tools like Ahrefs, Moz).
- Excel/Sheets: Proficiency in spreadsheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for data sorting and reporting.
- Curiosity: A strong desire to understand why a campaign performed well or poorly, not just how to launch it.
Soft Competency :
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong time management skills and ability to work with deadlines.
- A proactive, eager-to-learn, and adaptable mindset.
Job Specification :
Currently pursuing or fresh graduates from a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field (or recent graduate)Strong interest in Learning & Development, Training, and Employee Growth.
