Accounting Specialist
Thamrin, Jakarta | Full-time

What You’ll Own (Day-to-Day)
Record daily financial transactions, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments with precision and consistency.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper classification.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timelines are met and reports are accurate.
- Build Reliable Financial Reports
Assist in preparing financial statements in line with accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK) and company policies.
- Ensure Reconciliation Integrity
Perform regular account reconciliations and proactively identify discrepancies before they become issues.
Maintain organized documentation and prepare required schedules to support both internal and external audits.
Work closely with AP, AR, and Finance teams to resolve issues and continuously improve accounting processes.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with solid exposure to general ledger and closing processes.
- Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/PSAK).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial data.
- Well-organized with strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
